I read this but I wonder if it has changed. After years of using Paypal without issue they shut down my account. I am not willing to pay for something they screwed up. They charged my girlfriend's card and claim they never got paid but she has records and it seems impossible to get them to see the error. I was hoping to give Google Checkout a try, do they have something against donations I read in a blog that they do not allow them but then I have found sites using it for donations.
