Does google changed there criteria by giving more imprtance to internal links than external links?? What you feel?Does google change there strategy while updating??
No - but internal links are more important than a lot of people think. External links (from different IP classes to your site's IP) are always going to be the best. Some links are more important than others. For example, Google knows that links on blog comments (no matter if they are follow/no-follow) aren't as good as a link from within a really good content site (e.g. in a news story on cnn.com)
