    I am not sure.. But have read somewhere that Ads are NOT allowed in registration pages.

    I think it's against the ToS to put it there but besides that, putting an adsense in your sign up page won't help you unless you actually have content there and people click through. Otherwise you are just inflating your own impressions and lowering overall CTR. I would just not put it on the sign up page unless you have targetted content there. But no, Google won't ban you for that, I don't think so.

    Ya, it's probably better to remove it from the sign up pages due to lack of content. I don't think it would be worth the risk (how often is that page visited?).
