does google ban people

hi,

I just wondering if google bans people. Here I mean one of my site was banned before, but now I have a new website, can i use the new one to apply a new google adsense account?

No, Google bans people, you can't have another one, but sweety sheer up ^_^, you can have anther account using your sister's name and information, when you get checks your sister then will cash them for you ... it's legal but sometimes risky, you better don't get banned ...

 

Yes, Google does ban peoples.
An AdSense account isn't tied to a domain but to a person.

I'm afraid you will have to change your name and bank account infos...

(or open an account as a professional)

If u change your IP,make another Web site you can apply for a new account and google cannot understand.What i mean is that google knows the IP with which you enter your account.And if this IP is the same with the IP which clicks the ADS you get banned
