So i want to ask Does Google Ban individual URLs or pages too??

Please help and suggest me to do something for my website.

Have you checked why this happened? Have you used any canonical tags or have done something in your robots.txt file?

    Google can blacklist certain URLs.
The reason why I couldn't tell you without looking into your meta files etc.

But if you wanted to contact them to get the reason why, rectify it and then resubmit the site it may stop.
This is of course time consuming but it'll be worth the effort afterwards.

Yes they do ban individual pages. But I think what happened to your pages is not really ban, sometimes GWT reports of index pages are incorrect.

Fast answer is yes. But usually google bans the whole user, but not the URL. This might happen if after the ban of the user, the website is again used in adsense.

There may be many reasons why indexed page numbers go up and down. but google banning?
    I don't think so.

From what I know of google, only google knows why google does something.

I have seen the pages of some of my blogs indexed in google go up and down always.
But the page is always in google!!!

Yes, I also experience the same problem. I have a wordpress blog that has 2000+ pages but when I do site:www.mysite.com it doesn't show all pages. Also, when I do site:www.mysite.com the number top results (2,3,4, etc..) are my tag pages. Not my post page. Does anybody experience the same thing?
