low traffic will not lead you to a ban account.. only click frauds and TOS violations..to avoid this, make sure your website does not violate the Google adsense TOS..

I've never had a client banned for low traffic or clicks. The only thing is if you stop using their javascripts. After about a month, they'll send you an email reminding you that you're supposed to be displaying the adverts. Had clients dropped for that but that's after awhile. (Have to check how long.)
