Does Google ask for the placement of the Ads?

    I have to put ads on the website that i am gonna launch so i was asking that Google ask for the placement of the ads on the website?

    No they will allow you to make add size and color first and then will give you html code. It is then upto you where you will put adsense code on website. Then You can change placement of adds by moving that code.
