    Hi All
    I am new to this forum. I have created a website with .com domain and then pointed one domain with sa,e name but with .co.uk. How it will effect google crawler or how will it effect my PageRank.

    Yes, 301 redirects are how you properly redirect old URLs\domains to new ones. Yes, it will transfer over all SERP & Pagerank value in time, you will notice a temporary drop in SERPs and not regain Pagerank value till the next update or the following update.

    Yeah, like ssandecki said, 301 redirect is how we can transfer the PR of old domain to the new one.
