    Yes it does, just add it to your footer.tpl file.

    GA shows where the vistitor comes from. You will need to code in some kind of mod if you want to know which traffic source sends submissions.

    Yes it is very much possible if you include HTTP Referrer in the submit.php

    You should note though that the HTTP referrer that Freewebspace is referring to is not 100% reliable. The header can be be faked and or removed.

    You can use the affiliate script that aviva and v7n use and tweak a few small thinks to track them, but you have to understand it wont track 100% correctly every submission.
