I used to work in many traffic exchange sites. But being understood that it is against the rules of adsense, I removed all my site links. But unfortunately,my site which is hosted by a free host 110mb.com, suspended my site. My adsense registration is on the basis of this site. Now I dodn't know what would happen to my adsense ads. Still my blogs shows the ads in tact, which are running on the same adsense ID.

No it's not allowed. I think submitting your web url with other search engines or web portal site will be much better.
Try webceo software, it's free to use.

it is 100% against google TOS, so i think it is safe to not use any kind of traffic exchange.

Even if it weren't against the TOS, which it is, there isn't much of a chance for it to do you any good. These traffic exchange sites provide you with junk traffic that wont convert. Its like Entrecard. People only visit your site with the hopes of getting some traffic in return. They aren't going to click on your ads or buy anything.
