Does Google allow this for programmers?

I am looking to monetize a program I am making, and am wondering if developers can input adsense or search engine modules into their programs.

This could either be accomplished by putting in the code directly into the program, or actually showing a browser window within the program that shows the ad or search box from a real webpage.

A heard a long time ago that putting the code directly into your application was not allowed- so how about the browser idea? If not, are there any other ways, or any other advertisers that would let me do this?

i think you are not allowed to do this because google does not want people to use adsense codes on special programs

 

Hmm. Anyone know for sure? I know that I probably can't use the code directly in my application, but what about just opening a browser window within it, and showing the ad?

Or would that be mistaken for click fraud?

 

read the tos again https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms . it's writing there

 

You cannot. Opening a window within your app and displaying ads in it is the same as both opening the ads in a frame and accessing through other software.

The TOS is pretty clear:
