Hello, Does Google allow online casino/poker in PPC. Thanks Robert Lopez Affiliate Manager | skype: rob_lopez7 | dafa888 | dafapoker
Generally they don't but there is a way around it. It involves using related keywords that don't trigger the "vice industry" filters. It takes alot of keyword research though.
No they don't. You should notice that there won't be any single ad related to casino, porn or gambling running on a website. If you want to confirm, must read the google adwords guidelines, there you will get the information
They do in the UK- on 'search' anyway, I'm not sure about 'content'/adsense, they are often more cautious about that. Their policy reflects the gambling laws of particular countries.
This says otherwise http://www.google.com/search?client...channel=s&hl=en&q=gambling&btnG=Google+Search It depends on the gambling laws in your country and if you have a license. Similar to pharmacy, if your licensed to sell then you can, if your just an affiliate or info site then no.
use the tool https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox you shall be able to find casino/poker are still working in Adwords
Google DOES allow gambling ads. Ive advertised poker/horse racing systems recently. You cant use all keyword phrases though. EG Google doesnt allow you to bid on "horse racing system" - no ads appear for that like they used to, but you CAN advertise a laying system using "laying system", "horse laying system" etc keywords. No logic there at all but thats Google for you! If you want to advertise a poker system you can use the product name of the poker system.
Interesting what you've said TG2006. I too have tried with adwords in the past, and some phrases work, others don't...wish there was a list of phrases that we know would be accepted!
