Does Google allow custom search from toolbar ?

I want to create a toolbar for ie and firefox, but want to know can I add a google custom search to it: A search box that will link to my own google custom search.

Does Google allow that ? Or maybe I can use google custom search only from a website with search form and not from a toolbar ?

TOS says it cant be done. But i see a site conduit .com does it. Maby they got permission or something. Dangerous.

 

Thank you Jeehan, what about if I want to the user to be able to my google custom search to the "search providers" at top right of the browser ?

I mean in firefox and ie, there is a search box at top right with a list of search providers, can I add my g custom search to that list for the visitors of my site ?

No you need permission to do that. otherwise there is clearly said in TOS that google search cant be used in toolbar.

 

As Per Googles Terms and Condition it is not allowed
