Does Google Adwords still offer pre-pay billing?

I created an Adwords account for a client last week and Google set the account to post-pay billing without letting me choose between pre-pay and post-pay. I have attempted to change this via the billing section of the account but there is no option to do so. Does Google Adwords still offer pre-pay billing?

I pay by prepaying from my credit card. Still this method up until yesterday anyway.

 

Yes I have it set up like this on one of my accounts. It's a good option if you don't want to play it safe and budget better.
