I know, I am too small to ask this question. I know many companies including me advertise on Google AdWords. It definitely boosts the website’s traffic bringing from different corners but what percentages really turns in cash? Is burning question. I have seen few companies do not even consider how many customers they generate through Google AdWords, the keep AdWords going for branding. Offcourse these companies are not many but Max does cautiously consider ROI in AdWords and discontinue after a month or two. According to my last survey and analysis many companies are not happy with the AdWords return on investment. The common conception is “It brings traffic to our site but does turns in cashâ€. If it is true then my second question how stable will google Adsense program be while AdWords is not profitable investment. I would love to wrong wishing Google AdWords and Adsense program long life with good return. Regards Nazrul Eicra Soft Ltd.
Of course it works in an advertising sense. ROI will suffer greatly unless you stay on top of it. I have a friend who did not think before he went out on his adwords spree. ROI was basically negative. He did not control his bidding thinking he would have a huge conversion ratio. He received a bunch of traffic though.
it works for those who know how to use the system... If they are getting traffic and not converting its because they do not know what they are doing Adwords is not a turn it on and forget it solution, it is very intricate and time consuming.
Thank you for your infos. It seems that Adwords's sucessful depends on how one use it and what niche market you are having with. Product+keyword is no.1 to be considered of using adwords . I am interested in using adword.I am more interested in minimising the adwords's cost. I think we need to learn adwords carefully.I heard beating-adwords is a good program from carson & kyle. Btw,there is 5 free lesson from perrymarshall.com regarding about adwords. Have a nice day.
Figuring out how to get the cheapest keywords for the most traffic is the trick. I'm a keyword freak and have devised another service for helping people too busy or those who just don't know how to research this aspect of advertising with Google Adsense. Many of the big Adsense advertisers think they have the system totally figured out but have never even thought of this stuff. I know how to figure out what my competition is bidding on and find out how much they are bidding for those keywords. I also know how to find phrases people are searching for but few advertisers are bidding on. Finding these low competition phrases means cheaper clicks plain and simple. Oh yes, there is lots of money to be made with Adwords. Ok, here's the thread that explains my new service: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1026505 Peace, Herman
pay per click. as i know ,there still have someone who are cheating google adsense which means your adword are be cheating.
Hello, Google has turn into demanding to say the slightest. With keyword prices highing up to over $10.00 per click it doesn't make intelligence to continue working with Google, particularly because the principle for these keywords seems rather subjective in many cases.
You are so right. You can't even profit from google if you do direct sales. Did you know that a bid for the keyword 'web hosting' (web hosting cost what? like a $5 a month or $50-60 a year?) is between $10 to $15 per click? I mean, come on. I can understand people who do direct sales in Yahoo, Facebook and Bing. but adwords?!
I suspect the people with the best quality scores are paying quite a bit less. You could check that out by running an ad for the leader in organic search. But this really doesn't help you if you are stuck on page 15 in organic search.
I am a bit puzzled how big websites such as amazon and ebay manage to pay for the huge number of adwords adverts they place on google. There is practically no category you browse on google that does not come up with an amazon or google advert.
If any of you have ever used PPC you probably have noticed that the price per click increases day by day, and at the end of the month you find your Adwords bill with a few extra zeros but you don't really see any sales on your website! I spent a few hundred bucks within a week while my sales didn't increase much. Tried buying traffic from already existed domains which generate some amounts of traffic each month, I have to say it is a lot more cheaper then pey per click and it brings the desired results. So far so good I should say!
surely adwords is a sensible and very profitable system but you'd rather not use it as a sole income maker
I used to think that Google was out to get me with their adwords program. But that was just my inexperience talking. If you are loosing money with Google Adwords, one of two things are occuring. Either you are not refining your campaigns properly or you are trying to sell a product with not a strong enough market. Frank
I don't really think it is that worth of it, but like some said time + money, and you can make something.
