Does Google Adwords accept ePassporte payments? Yes or no? (Straight answer please)

I'm trying to figure out whether Google Adwords accepts ePassporte payments.

I've found conflicting answers here on DP, for example:

I would appreciate a straight answer from people who either 1) have actually attempted to pay Adwords via their ePassporte CC/VCC, or 2) can link to direct proof that supports their answer.
