Does Google Adsense display in just some special countries?

    When I use proxy to visit my site, I can't find Google ads. Does Google Adsense display in just some special countries?

    You have a option in the phpproxy browser to enable Java Script.You need to uncheck it and browse the site again :) The ads are international..

    I use TOR and Firefox. I don't find how to enable javascript.
