Does Google Adsense ask for my tax information once I sign up?

I didn't sign up for Google Adsense yet and I need to know if it asks for tax information right after you sign up. If not, what documents can they ask from you while you're their member?

You have to submit the tax information if you are from US otherwise not.

 

why are you so afraid of signing up first? they will tell you the info you need to submit if you are required to submit
