Does Google accept a PO box as an address?

    AFAIK no, Google don't allow you to do so.

    Actually YES. I use a po box.
    Rules may be different in other countries, though. (I'm in the USA)

    so if you get banned what stops someone from changing ISP and using a PO box???

    Pretty sure that rules would be the same for Canada (Maybe)

    and no i am not banned...not planning on it either

    you can have a check sent to a p.o. box.
    as for PIN,in 2006 i couldn't.it might have changed since then.
    the easy way to find out is,enter a p.o. address and if it is not allowed it will tell you that the address can't be a p.o. box.

    I think you will get a better answer contacting Google AdSense directly. At least they will clear any doubts
