Does getting on the first page of google for your keyword/niche really help?

    Search engines is just one channel of deriving traffic and important channel.
    But there are many other channels like PPC marketing, affiliate marketing, video marketing etc.

    No doubt search engines helps a lot in getting traffic and leads.
