    You can put any other ad in pages with adsense on it, as long as the other ads do not look similar to adsense ads.

    If these full page ads do not look similar to Adsense, then I think they are ok. But I suggest you contact Adsense support and confirm this.

    Just don't combine the two and make it look like one big ad from one publishers program.

    its arbitrage - people have reported being banned for sending any kind of PPC traffic to adsense sites
