Does frequent refreshing of your adsense account makes you banned from adsense

    I a have habit of refreshing adsense account of every 5 to 10 mins so that i can see clicks and impression is it good to see in every 5 to 10 mins and with your administrator username and password open in next tab plz guide me with this........

    it is not a problem with adsense, but if you have an android phone I suggest you get the free ADSENSE DASHBOARD app it is perfect, it also has a widget.

    There's nothing wrong with it and I don't see how it would get an account disabled although knowing Google - anything is possible! :)

    Don't think it will since it only shows your own results. You won't get any benefit out of it so i don't see a problem.
