When you purchase anything inside eBay, do you look at the feedback before you decide to purchase? My intention asking this was to check what is the real meaning feedback to you when you start to purchase with eBay. Thanks
Yes it really counts. I buy from ebay and I always check the seller's page and read about his previous sales. Vendors are even buying the positive feedbacks, it's really important. One of the vendores offered extra cash to my friend in return of pulling his negative feedback back.
for me the feedback is the most important factor before i got to buy something on ebay. it will show the seller's validity and reliability.
feedback score is very important to me before I buy stuff on ebay. because, by looking at the number feedbacknya I can choose where the seller is trustworthy or not.
Feedback score is the first thing you look at when thinking about making a purchase on ebay. I even dig deeper and look at the items feedback was left for to see if there is any for items similar to the one I am buying.
Feedback definitely is important. I know someone who occasionally has to pay off the buyer so he doesn't give bad feedback even though the product was exactly as described. Some people are scumbags like that.
I agree that the feedback is important but there are people getting a lot of feedback out of nowhere. Like there was a guy who was telling me that he can help me improve my feedback rating when i started working on eBay.
The first thing I look after I check the product image and the title, it's Seller's Feedbacks. The number of positive, negative, neutral feedbacks gives you exactly how and what the seller is about. You can even find the whole history of the seller's relation and behavior towards her clients. Yes I feel it is very important on Ebay.
When I reached powerseller status my "Buy It Now" sales increased %10, it helps buyers know you're legitimate and provide great customer service.
Yea, this is unfortunate but true: You'll judge whether to deal with eBay seller or not by their negative feedback. It's funny how seller can get 100 positive and 1 negative within a month... and one is completely inclined to only look at the negative. In summary: Do whatever you can to avoid negative. It'll dramatically decrease your sales. References: I'm a 7 year eBay Powerseller who's figured out by now the destructive nature of getting even a single NEG on your account.
feedback score is very important. If there is too negative feedback then you can not believe in seller and his product.
If you have a good feedback you stand a better chance of attracting bidders. Surely good feedback offers confidence to those checking out your items for sale.
Yes, feedback is extremely important to me as a buyer. Will not buy from anyone with feedback below 99%
Yes, people always check the feedback. If a seller has a low feedback score they won't sell nearly as much as someone with a 100% feedback. Also someone with a feedback number of 3 won't sell nearly as much as someone with a feedback number of 65 or so.
Absolutely. I look at their over all score (99.4% for example) with consideration for how many feedbacks they've received. If their score is a 97% and they've been rated 10,000 times - that's pretty darn good. If their score is 87% and they've only been rated 3 times, I would definitely look at the feedback comments to see why and would be more concerned.
