Does familyfriendlysites.com directory pass PR?

    I've read here in DP that familyfriendlysites.com does not pass PR, but I do not see any nofollow attributes on their directory pages, like this one:

    familyfriendlysites.com/viewcat_ws.asp?ID=34

    As far as I know, that page passes PR. Am I wrong?

    I've checked the links on that page and IMO are SEO friendly links, so are passing PR.
    There's no rel="nofollow" on <a> links, and there's no "noindex" or "nofollow" on HEAD section.
