Yes, it absolutely does. In fact I have recently came across a few facebook pages where they were on the 1st page of Google for some really big keywords, especially product reviews pages.

Yes it does, twitter has been the difficult one for Google to read and index due to tweets not being static in nature. Facebook has pages and fan groups that are holding static, and indexed content.

Well if it is a fan page so the content of web page is crawl able by google but if a person is sharing something and he want that thing to be crawled so the person have to change privacy settings for this.
