I bought 3 expired domain on march, the 3 domains were all crawled by yahoo, and msn but google don't display a single page. I don't think the sites or domains was banned from google because I am see google bot visiting the 3 sites every day.

I have tried to request for reinclusion of the site but still no result. I have made back links to this sites.

    Example : http://www.katropa.com

In my experience Google treats expired domains as new domains and discount the old links and 0 PR

Try getting a few powerful links to get Googlebot in there. Purchase them if you must. I'm not big on "PR dropping", but something like a PR7+ will do the trick (easiest form of link power measurement).

How long have you had the site up and the incoming links going to it?

Google bot visit my site everyday since March and almost use 200MB of my BW every month. Meaning the google bot is crawling my sites but the problem is that they don't list it at google serp.

Now, this is another matter. It could be beacuase your site is the SandBox.
Search for "site:yoursite.ext", if it shows up then you're in the SandBox , if not then just be patient :p.
