Does exchanging link with common directory or many outbound links page help?

    i have a pr 3 site , i found some directory or page that have much outbound links which relevant to my site and have pr 3 too(or pr 2) so exchange links with these link help to my rank or pr?or even it will degrade your rank or pr?

    IMHO, as long as the content of the page is strongly related to your site, then it won't harm your site.

    Hello,

    All help, if it is related with your site, all help :) Also help in traffic, if you submit your site to 1000 directories and each day you rececive 1 visit for directory, you are receiving 1000 unique visit..
