The demand for equal pay is the right way to go and is correct. If someone does the same job, Male or female they should be payed the same and have the same rights.. What bugs me is the looks a man gets when he doest give up his seat on a bus or train,even if he is older and carrying more. also the opening of doors. So in this equal everything world we live in why cant the females give up seats and open doors for the older man..????????
