    Ebay has introduced Quality Click Pricing. That means they pay per click, and CPC gets varied from time to time. If your traffic convert well then higher CPC rates you would be getting.

    Ebay is no more available with CJ or any other network.

    Yes, I have heard a lot of good things about it, but their PPC depends on CPA itself.
