I have large collection of ebooks in my system, i would like to link to my site in a category called books.

I have Google ads in my site, does the ebooks come under warez ?

Displaying ads in ebook download is against google TOS?

I have seen many downloading sites displaying google ads.

    Let me know your opinion.

First of, do you have rights to upload it on your website and let your visitors download it?

I have this kind of website with google ads also, but I used third party website like rapidshare to upload the files and let the visitors download it from there. So basically I think it is ok as long as it is not hosted on your own webhost.

I'm not sure about it though but my website is still up and running with google ads for about 8 9 months already.

Have you received payment in 9 months.?

Coz i heard that, google blocks the users account when they were about to receive payment.

I have options to upload to my site and some coding techniques to prevent hot linking which leads to Bandwidth theft.

2020ok.com is a site which allows download for many ebooks and it has adsense on it. Infact, they earn lot using that.

Although it doesn't host source ebooks but it actually links to the exact location and some of them are direct downloads.

If you have permission from the copyright holders to distribute the ebooks, then you are OK. If you do not have permission, then it's copyright infringement and against the Google Adsense ToS.

You'd have to find out if the books are paid products, public domain, or being offered under creative commons licensing. If they are public domain or creative commons you should be okay, if they are paid products you can't do it.

Do a google search for the names of the e-books and look at a bunch of the results to find out what they are. You also would need to post the licensing if they are creative commons.

Yup I received all payments. But it's not my actual website, that e-books website of mine is getting 10 visitors only per week lol and never had any clicks from it.
