does DPA accept non English website?

    my website is News Website. 50.000 visits and 600.000 pages view per months. %50 of visitors from USA, then Canada and Germany.
    but my website is in Persian language.

    Can I apply to use DPA as publisher?

    Yes... since the advertising relationship is with the publisher directly it's up to them if they want to advertise on your site (regardless of language).
