    Hi,

does domain type affect its SEF?

If you are using a country-specific tld (like .ca) and host it on an IP in that country, I have heard that Google will rank you higher in that country's results (like google.ca)

I do always get slightly better rankings in Google UK with .co.uk I do not have any experience with .us or .ca but it should be the same.
