Hey everyone, I'm trying to learn as much as I can about directories before I start my first one and am wondering about domain selection. What do you think about domain suffixes for directories. I've always felt that there's a pecking order when it comes to domain suffixes, .com's being up top, followed by .net's. Should I be thinking this way when it comes to directories? Also, which do you think is better: a really original .com domain or a keyword rich domain of another suffix? Thanks for the insight.
Hello... I myself see that .com is better then others but at the same time if you know what your doing you can take any domain to the top for search words. If you buy a domain with the word webdirectory within the domain name this will give you a natural boost for those words.. though not many available but with enough searchin im sure you can find some really nice ones... thx malcolm
