    Hi,

I M Just Wondering That, I Just Submit My Site To About 3000 Directories, But Google Is Not Even Showing One Of Them...

But In Msn It Was Showing It Nearly All,...

so, Is It Really Going To Help Me In Improving My Page Rank And Position On Google????

You do some more offpage work like Social bookmarking, Article Submissions, Blogs & Comments and one most important thing is that Link Exchange. Hope they help you.......

Nep, it will give more traffic if you got luck, but it will not help you to get higher PR. Relevant backlinks are recipe for higher PR.

It also depends on the quality of the directory though. One backlink from DMOZ is worth 2000 crappy pr1 directories.

Directory submission in some cases serve as a referral traffic to your site and that has to come through quality directories with PR>5. Also try submitting in good local direcctories if you are targeting geo-wise. But otherwise it carries no great weight.
