It's interest me in other thread i read that someone offering directory script with integration of helpdesk. What a good move, since naturally all web business will need a helpdesk to handle email issue. The main benefit of helpdesk script is that you can track email and respond, see how good your respond time, and you can delegate the job to several staff. We also have a standalone helpdesk script (www.ideskweb.com) and I'd like to know your opinion how far this integration is interest you.
Nope it adds to directory cost and most users seek cost effective alternative. Simple contact form is enough. Regards
Good point. But that is not my intention to raise the price. Let say in an easy word. Will you happy if your favorite directory script offer helpdesk feature?
