Does direct traffic help improves our website's PR?

    I'm talking about traffic came from our browser's bookmark and those who directly type our website url to the browser and hit enter.

    Your traffic has nothing to with your PageRank. Your backlinks, content, and other on/off page things determine your PageRank.
