I'm sure they do pay, hoping so anyway because I just started using them! The big question, as with all these sites, is how much? On checking my stats (DF does have a good user interface) I notice that although I'v had say 200 d/l on a file less than halsf are counted as 'unique' and you only get paid for unique. Now I've tried to translate the blurb about what is a 'unique' d/l but must be thick - can't get my head round it! Maybe you or someone else on here can explain?
Depening on your tariff you have certain countries that will be counted. Say you have choosen US tariff but someone from south afric downloads - his download will show up as a download in the filemanager but the traffic will not be monitized. I addition to this depending on your tariff only unique downloads are beeing counted. For instance you have such an tariff you and a US user download 10 files you'll only get cash for 1 dl. There are tariffs that have other conditions e.g. pay for several downloads form one ip. Cheers

Aint much to clarify mate. Every time you change ur password or paypal info you can't cash in for 1 month. it's a securtity measure.
