Does dedicated server really helps in SEO?

I want to know does dedicated server helps in SEO, if yes then how it helps. Can we go with shared server and can achieve higher rankings?

I don't think it helps, although it does preclude inadvertently being in a "bad neighborhood". However, if you go with a reputable shared host who constantly monitors their servers for bad accounts, even this shouldn't be a problem.

 

It helps in getting good speed of your website that is a factor in Search Engine Rankings now, so it will improve your site optimization a bit.

 

What's a dedicated server go to do with search engine rankings? I highly doubt having a dedicated server helps with SEO.

well maybe it does effect the seo cause of the reason that dedicated servers mostly have higher pageload speed and less downtime which might come in handy

 

Apparently the effect of a dedicated server on SEO is minute and indirect. I do not think one should pay much attention to this as an SEO factor. Bottom line, just get a good host with shared server and you are fine.

 

yes you can definitely achieve good rankings even if you are on shared hosting.
