Only if you indulge in the domain names or trademarks of very big companies this is becoming problem ex monster.com tried to register monster.in which is registered on the same day of release of .in registry later it was released to monster by a law suit and now the domain monster.in is redirecting to monster.com
Sounds interesting Im gonna run with this as I believe I have a niche and Im sure a press release will drum up some good publicity.
