Well I'm currently on Windows XP and have installed W7 before but uninstalled it because my computer didn't support Aero. So does Photoshop/Flash/Dreamweaver and AIM work on W7?
I'm not sure 100% if it runs under 7, but you could try. From all the programs I tried to install on 7, the only one that I could't install is Daemon Tools, in fact all the programs that are using SPTD driver. (Like Alcohool 120%). But anyway, I'm sure that DT will provide in future a good driver that will run fine on Win 7.
Which is greater Windows 7 or Windows Vista? or Windows 7 is the most update ? becoz i never heard of that
I had it installed briefly before I reinstalled Windows 7, then went on to CS4 instead. Both work fine on Windows 7. I also don't see why AIM wouldn't work. I don't use it so haven't tried, but MSN does, and so does the messenger addon for it, although you have to choose the Win7 edition to get it.
Works! I'm currently using CS4, but CS3 works aswell.. Windows 7 is supposed to be backwards compatible with Vista.. so everything that works on Vista should work on Windows 7...
Yes CS7 runs on win7....well, it did on the first machine we trid it on, and then the second. but then....the first machine had a drive fail, so no probs, load up win7 again and ps3 etc...but this time cs3 won't run!! LOADED WIN7 AND PS3 ONTO ANOTHER MACHINE AND ALL IS WELL
opps....don't know what I did in that msg as I was saying, it all loaded up in a third machine and runs very well. don't know why the first machine would run it, then not under a reinstalled win7. anyone got any ideas? - I'm working through it and will post if I find anything. cheers
"W7 backward compatible with Vista" (ha ha, bull!) means DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING TO WORK IN W7 BECAUSE IT DIDN'T WORK IN VISTA EITHER! Microsoft gets paid by Adobe to force people to upgrade their software when Microsoft upgrades (misnomer!) it OS!
Yes it will all work, I use CS3 and have used aim before. Anything that worked on vista will work on w7.
Only software I had an issue with was my AntiVirus. Thankfully, Kaspersky's 2010 runs perfectly on Windows7. And even better, my serial for 2009 works for it as well. Still shows the right amount of days left, etc.
