Yes it does. Also, try to post it in the other classified ads. Just Google it and find your category. But driving traffic through ads is not a good idea for me, I still believe and practice good SEO with the use of my targeted keywords.
i think kijiji and backpage still work good for personal services for example. Craigslist is the best but today is hard to get your post live.
