We need to flood Costco with emails and phone calls so they know there is a demand for one. I just called the 800 number on their website and sent an email from their website. According to the two separate customer service desks I've queried, No, they don't have an affiliate program. Both managers (in California locations) spouted almost identical responses, as if reciting from a page of their personnel manual or something. They seem to feel they don't need or want an affiliate program at all. by the way, the response I got at the third location I tried was "what's an affiliate program". The supposed "manager on duty" in the third location (in Hawaii) didn't seem to have it all together, and based on how most things go in Hawaii, it's not that far out of the norm for here. Nothing on their web site either, nor any positive response to trying various methods to contact them. As you've found out, their telephone system isn't designed for getting to an actual person for any reason. You really have to show up their in person, and even then, it can be chancey on getting any information beyond the normal day-to-day returns or membership information...
