You're in the wrong forum, as far as I understand.

Simply put no. Simple text will never present a lazy thief from helping him/herself to whatever he or she needs. However, putting copyrights on gives you a stronger foothold, to take action against it when it occurs.

As contentboss correctly stated, this is not the forum for this type of subject. There is a legal section on DP, where your questions would be answered much more adequately then we ever could. This forum is about copy writing, which entails as the name suggest the art of writing copy, be it articles, blog posts, or other types of writing content.

    Good luck!

    I don't think so.
My site gets copied every once a while.
Someone actually make a script to reproduce my site and yet there is nothing I can do.

If you have proof you carry the original, file a complaint with Google. chances are good you can have the entire domain blacklisted. That ought to make them think twice.

Easiest ways to prevent conten steal are:
    1. Social submission each new article (high chance that SE will index you faster then thief). Usually thiefs first clean content from links manually (this time is a chance for you to be first indexed).
    2. Contact Google and write abuse on content duplicatiing website.

The best way to secure yourself from stealing of your content is to get it index as fast as you can. And the best way to get your content indexed is to use social submission for every new page on your site.

Please post in the correct forum section. Or else you could look at how we get this same stupid question every week by reading the posts, or simply using the search bar.
