Does Clicksor work?

I've used Clicksor on 3 of my sites as an alternative URL on Google. I've had it running on the sites for a few days now and the page impressions are registering and I've even clicked on the links a few times myself...but the clicks are 0.

Does it take a few days to register in the system? Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm using clicksor as an alternative to adsense, and instead of adsense in some parts of my site, and it seems to work fine for me... I'm even using the in-line contextual ads on my forums, and the CTR for it is great. Check it out, if you want - www.photographycorner.com :D

I set up a blank PHP page and placed the Clicksor code on that page. The I linked to it as an Alt Ad in Google Adsense. The ads show up, but no clicks!

Give it some time... ;) I used an html page as opposed to a php page, but if they're showing up, it should be all good. ;)

Mine also goes on and off from time to time .. try getting the code again and re-inserting it.
Also keep the copy of the old code to compare if there are changes and then ask your account manager.

I read before that Clicksor is a weak alternative to Adsense. What is your experience since I noticed that you use both.

It pays less per click... there's no doubt about that... but showing clicksor instead of Google's PDAs is better than nothing. I'm also using clicksor instead of google on some pages of my site so that I can use the in-line advertising. I'm finding I get a better CTR on the in-line ads, so I'm sticking with them for right now...

    Are clicksor's ads content based?

Yeah, I've noticed that too... it got to the point, actually, where I'm now only using Clicksor as a backup for google adsense, instead of the PSA's...

Now that Adsense allows multiple ad layouts per page, using Clicksor as a default for PDA's, I'm no longer using Clicksor... the CPC is just too damn low...

Well, one pro is that you can set your own payout amount. :)

The result is good for me.
