Some companies use software which analyze the support ticket for keywords and tries to guess the question. Then it sends automatic answer for this question. I would try to find another contact, e. g. email of some clicksor managers.
Their contact details may be "hidden" in some not so obvious sub-route on their website. Obviously hard to find. Or you could use a search engine to source more details - you may be fortunate enough to indirectly stumble across a real phone number.
