    When in the clickbank marketplace i advise you to promote a niche you are familiar with, as it's much easier to promote something that you can talk about or write about with some knowledge of the product.
    I would also check the popularity and gravity of the product as you want to promote something that sells but is not over popular.

    At first I found it very hard to make money with clickbank and for a couple of years I couldn't. I just made $92.17 promoting in the work from home niche. I have found you have to get a squeeze page and promote traffic using free safelist sites.

    It does work , but like with any other online marketplace you have to possess knowledge of at least basic traffic generation to make any substantial money.

    Clickbank definitely works!!! Find a product in a specific niche, research your niche, research the keywords available to ensure you are able to rank for that niche and build your links and pay for traffic if you can :D

    Clickbank is one of the famous affiliate marketing website with more than 100000 affiliates and lot of vendors. It provides wonderful marketing tools to venders and affiliates. But some restrictions are there. They are not informing about sales to affiliates, but they inform venders. Normally it wont save any cookies. the last affiliate get the credit of a sale. But there are some outside sources provides helps to affiliate including email for each sales and other promoting tools and traffic tools which makes a normal affiliate to a super affiliate.

    I use it all the time when I'm promoting my own products and acting as an affiliate for others. It works, and they pay great commissions and they always pay on time!
