Does CJ withhold payments until they've received W8?

    I was just curious if CJ withholds payments until they've received with W8 form? And if so, how long does it take for them to process the form?

    They've paid me so far! I'm worried I won't get paid this month as i'll be making more than the paperwork threashold this month. how long does it take to process the form and will my payment be delayed very long? I really appreciate any guidance.
