I have been using the ebay affiliate program with CJ but it shows no impressions. If I run a report I see clicks but no impressions. Does it just not record impressions?
It should track impressions, but it's really not all that important since they really don't care too much about impressions. If you are using banners and seeing no impressions then that might be something to ask CJ about and why.
EditorKit, RSS, FlexLink and APIs do not show impressions in CJ reports. A simple way to get page impressions with eBay is to provide a eBay banner from CJ, then you'd be capturing page impressions for eBay. hanji

Answer: It depends on the link that you are using on CJ, if you use links provided by ebay or the ebay editor kit, you will show no impresions but the clicks are still recorded, if you get links fron CJ, your impresions are recorded.
