Does CJ steal clicks?

recently I an advertiser asked me to switch to another affiliate manager.

for months I had been getting 5-6 clicks with CJ for this advertiser. So i was nervous.

My click throughs jumped up to nearly 15 a day.

Does CJ steal Clicks?

 

Another affiliate manager? What do you mean by that? Do you mean a different affiliate network, or specifically, someone else to manage your relationship?

And no, CJ does not steal clicks.

 

From the testing I've done I would say that they don't.

 

the question would really be is CJ gets paid for the money that you make. Like you make $1000.00 with merchant x. Merchant x would then if all were well would pay CJ 30% of what they paid you. So why would CJ want your click? A Click is a freekin click.

I agree CJ definitely have no incentive to steal clicks. I believe that third parties have hijacked them in the past, but its doubtful that this is still going on.

 

well the fact remains that with CJ i got maybe 5-6 clicks a day but on the day I switched my Click were around 15 and have been every day.

CJ filters out clicks from spiders, bots, etc... - however, other systems may still count clicks from spiders & bots.
