how long have u guys had ur affiliate accounts with bb.com for? mine is 2 months old how about you guys
Mine is close to 3 years old... Is there anyone who HAS NOT had all their sales in the month of February voided on BB.com?? I am wondering if this is everyone or if it is just a handful...
3 year old? is this the first time anything like this has happened? also one of the guys in this thread hasnt been affected and his had it for 8 months
So you are saying that all your February earnings were not voided? I am trying to find out if other people didn't get voided.
I had some commissions extended from january that were not zeroed out. However all ones in february regardless of extended or new were zeroed out. I been with bb.com for more than a year and have had occasional reversals but nothing like this.
When I saw the balance drop i naively assumed that CJ had withdrawn early for payment. Only today did I get nervous and do some searching on my stats. You guessed it, each and every transaction for Feb is reversed. I almost threw up! A quick search and I found this thread. I have emailed Crystal and will put in a ticket with CJ right now. I will also contact the other names in the contact list that was suggested. In numbers we are strong! PS, in the meantime I have tweaked all my probably 10,000+ links.
This is a major network wide issue. BB.com have been downgraded to a 1/5 on the network earnings chart. My gut tells me this will get worked out.
Hahahahaha, me too! I noticed the network earnings drop too. I am sure there is something wrong with bb.com. Just wish they would send out an email or something telling us all not to worry. I was thinking that they might be switching affiliate networks? Doesn't exactly explain why they took away everyone's commission...
Yeah that would be pretty shady if there way of changing networks would be to try and scam everyone. I emailed some employees at bb.com but none replied yet.
It is strange that we haven't heard anything yet. They should send out an announcement or something. Has anyone successfully heard back from anyone at bb.com yet?
Me neither. I just sent out some emails to top management because im tired of waiting for a response from the lower level employees. I strongly encourage you to email the CEO, COO, etc http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/employees.htm
I got an email response back from Gary (the CFO and vice president) He forwarded an email to Crystal asking to look into my account about getting paid. I also got a email reply from kelly householder (CIO) and she is sending it off to the CSO to look into. I guess nothing happened to crystal since they don't seem to know whats going on right now?
CJ just wrote me back saying they've 'reached out' to bb to find out what went wrong and that I am one of 'numerous' publishers to have reported this. It's not adding up at the moment.
Thanks for the update. You guys think we should all email upper management or do you think that would just slow the process down? Maybe it will get them to put some heat on getting this sorted out? I am going to send some emails off right now. Update: Just sent an email off to John Shumate, the director of marketing. I urged him to send a notice out to all the affiliates to let us know the nature of the problem.
Did you just read my reply? I already sent out to upper management and low level employees. No one seems to know at the moment or is just passing the buck.
